Iowa Elite Force 10U B team is looking to add a player to our roster for the 2020 Spring/Summer season! There will not be tryouts but players meeting the below requirements will be invited to practice with us at one of our next 4 practices the next couple weeks. The team is coached by 2 college softball players. One played D1 softball as a catcher and the other D2 softball as a pitcher. We have high expectations of our players on and off the field. We run practices similar to college workouts that include speed/agility/conditioning.
We are looking for a player born in 2009 (2010 will be considered for an advanced/mature player on her 2nd year in 10U) that is competitive, coachable, and willing to put in extra work away from practice.
We have a full schedule for 2020 with 14 tournaments with our first being an indoor tournament in February. 2 tournaments will be travel. Fundraising opportunities are available and typically pay for everything out of pocket for our players if you chose to participate.
